Whispering Giants
The artist who created this statue is Peter "Wolf" Toth. He is a "humanitarian" artist with a dream to honor the American Indian. He has traveled all over the world for 20 years to make these "whispering giants", standing 20-40 feet tall. This one is 30 feet high, 10 feet wide, weights 85,000 pounds and is made of Sitka Spruce, the state tree. Located in Valdez, this really touched my heart. It says so many things.
