Eielson and Us

We survived the bus ride to the Eileson Center.  It is named for the first pilot to fly over the Arctic Circle.  Now we have to contemplate the ride back.  Did I mention steep hills!  There are some more pictures here in case you aren't convinced!

At the Eielson center, they have a story about two bull moose that locked horns during the mating season and couldn't get separated and ended up dying that way.

They also have an easel telling you the times of sunrise and sunset.
